 | Bill Sproull is President/CEO of the Richardson Economic Development Partnership and provides administrative oversight of all programs and activities. He joined the REDP staff in October 2004.
Previously, Bill was vice president of Economic Development for the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, a 4,000 member organization; served as president and CEO of McKinney (Texas) Economic Development for over 3 years; spent almost 10 years with the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri, where he was VP and director of Business Development; and more than 4 years with the Kansas City Corporation for Industrial Development Corporation.
In 2008, Bill was named to the Executive Board of Directors of the International Economic Development Council, and serves on the Texas Economic Development Council, The University of Texas at Dallas Development Board and the North Texas Commission. He was appointed by Governor Perry in 2005, to the 17-member Texas Emerging Technology Fund advisory board. Bill holds a B.A. in economics and political science from Baylor University |
