DeVry University Relocates to Richardson to Meet Growing Student Demand

DeVry University, a leading provider of high-quality, career-oriented education, announced in September 2007 that it will move its Plano location to Richardson providing greater accessibility for both current and potential students. The new location at The Forum building, 2201 North Central Expressway, offers easy access to US 75, as well as Richardson’s DART and light rail public transportation services.
The new facility will provide approximately 10,000 square feet of space, including four classrooms, a lecture and technology lab, a study lab, a student lounge, an academic support center and administrative offices.
“There is a growing demand for high-quality educational programs that prepare Richardson residents for careers in business and technology,” said Kevin LaMountain, president of DeVry University for the Dallas metro area. “DeVry University’s new Richardson location is in the heart of the Telecom Corridor® providing students greater access to employers, many of whom have already hired DeVry graduates including Accenture, Nortel, and Fujitsu Network Communications.”
Opening in January 2008, DeVry University in Richardson will offer undergraduate programs in business administration and technical management. In addition, through its Keller Graduate School of Management, the Richardson location will offer a Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate degree program.
