Dal-Rich Village adds 3 new tenants: Dollar Tree (9,000 SF), Campus Outfitters (7,000 SF) and Andrea’s Italian Restaurant (5,000 SF) joining the newly remodeled Whole Foods Store and Big Shuck’s Oyster Bar which has re-opened since the fire that caused it to close for several months. These additions give Dal-Rich Village five dining venues including Dos Rios Tex-Mex Grill, Jason’s Deli, Thai Soon, as well as McDonald’s and Starbucks

Richardson Heights Shopping Center completed most of the renovations of this long-time Richardson landmark shopping venue.

Richardson Square
Construction is nearly completed for the new Lowe’s Home Improvement store, Ross Dress for Less and Anna’s Linens
located between the existing Super Target and Sears stores at 501 S. Plano Road and E. Belt Line Road.

Retailers and Other Businesses
Full Boar Cycles, one of Texas’ leading motorcycle and pre-owned Harley Davidson retailers, leased 21,000 SF at 1621 N. Central Expressway.

Tuesday Morning leased 11,000 SF next to Dollar Tree at 1750 E. Belt Line Road

Home Goods, a home accessories, bath, kitchen, linens store will open their 4th DFW location at Pavilion East Shopping Center on Coit and Campbell next to the new Sprouts Farmers Market. Both will open in late summer.
