10-year program of expansion, "Creating the Future," a vision for UT Dallas to meet the needs of the DFW area for a Tier 1 Research University. Plans include:
- Over $800 million (adding 1.5 million SF) for new facilities, research, academic and student residences, improve infrastructure
- Adding over 200 top quality new faculty
- Adding 5,000 new students
- Increasing endowment to $300 million and current use gifts by $150 million
- Doubling research productivity to $100 million
