Richland College is one of seven Dallas County Community College District campuses. It is located at 12800 Abrams Road, on Richardson's southern border. It is the only community college in the nation to be awarded the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for Excellence (2005).

Richland Collegiate High School
A unique high school within Richland College for a "rigorous academic experience" emphasizing math, science and engineering.
Enrolls up to 200 high school juniors and 200 seniors.

Students can complete their last two years of high school, take college courses and earn college credits in mathematics, science, or engineering.
Earn both a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree, ready to transfer to a 4-year university.
Free tuition and books.

Richland's CSD assists local businesses in securing Texas Skills Development Fund job training grants by assessing potential grant applications, preparing grant submission, and providing training partnership and grant administration services.
