Chairman's Outlook for 2010

As incoming Chairman of the Board for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, I'm so excited about what 2010 will bring to our Richardson business community. While 2009 was a challenging year, we are all looking forward to 2010 being a successful one.

The Richardson Chamber's goals for 2010 include enhanced communication, member benefit programs, membership recruitment, membership enhancement, advocacy, business sponsorship opportunities, and volunteer opportunities.

Health Care Summit Coming to Richardson

Registration begins and the breakfast buffet opens at 7:30 am
 
The Richardson Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Health Care Summit to provide the business community with a comprehensive review of the current status of health care reform in the United States.

The forum will include:

• an overall summary of any pending or approved Federal legislation
• its impact on employers and employees
• a perspective from the insurance industry
• health care industry and other key entities
• the impact on public health care
• and other topics of importance to business and industry
