Restaurant of the Month - The Rose Tattoo Grille & Wine Now Open for Lunch

Owner James Rose announced that his Rose Tattoo Grille & Wine Bistro is now open for lunch – and with new lower-priced options.  Located in The Shire, an upscale retail development located at the Bush Turnpike/Hwy 190 at Jupiter Road, The Rose Tattoo Grille & Wine open last summer.  James Rose, former executive chef with Bob’s Steakhouse for 15 years, has created a warm and inviting atmosphere for his New American cuisine dining experience serving Richardson and the surrounding area just east of Central Expressway.

James’ new lunch menu features sandwiches to burgers from $6.95 to $10.95 (that’s for the triple burger!), appetizers and soup range from $4.95 to $9.95 and salads are $5.95 to $10.95.  Enjoy some of his six unique Fire-Grilled Flat Breads, including the wild mushrooms, Caprese, four cheeses, goat-cheese with sun-dried tomatoes, smoked chicken and black bean, and last but not least, the grilled eggplant with roasted peppers – they’re awesome!!

Dinner at the Rose Tattoo is an exceptional dining experience.  On one Dallas foodie blog, a diner said he increased his rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.  James’ special menu offers fine dining at prices that won’t break the bank or your pocket book. The top-priced menu entrée complete with fresh vegetables and a delightful choice of potatoes, black beans/rice, risotto, or cous cous, is the Dijon & Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with Roasted Shallot Red Wine Demi at $26.95.  The Fire Grilled Flat Bread items range from $6.95 to $9.95 and Small Plates with soup, or fire-grilled skewers range from $4.95 up to $12.95 for the delicious sautéed mussels with shallots, garlic, tomato, saffron and thyme!!  And if you enjoy fine wines or that special beverage with your meal, the wait staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the perfect beverages to complement your dinner.

For those special occasions, business meetings, luncheons or whenever you’d like to enjoy a fine dining experience, don’t miss The Rose Tattoo Grille & Wine at The Shire.  Reservations can be made by calling 972.881.7673 or email Malissa or James at info@therosetattoo.com.
