August 2009 This issue home | Past issues | Chamber home Shopping Center of the Month – Arapaho Village Arapaho Village is one of Richardson’s landmark neighborhood centers, built in the early 1960’s. Anchored by Tom Thumb grocery store, this center at 819 W. Arapaho Road at West Shore Drive has been serving residents of southwest Richardson for almost 50 years! Dunhill Partners, a Dallas-based commercial real estate firm specializing in sales, leasing and managing of retail shopping centers and office buildings, acquired the 109,000 square foot center in 2004. Dunhill also owns the Canyon Creek Shopping Center on W. Campbell at Collins Blvd. Retail leasing broker, Jill Fisher, leases both centers and participates in the Chamber’s RECON Retail Consulting Group.
