This 163,000 sq. ft. center with its anchor store, Whole Foods Market and 38 other tenants, has undergone an extensive renovation and Spanish Colonial-style façade improvements that are attracting new restaurants and Dal-Rich Village now has a world of dining choices at this popular center: Owners Rose and Ruben Gonzales offer some of Richardson’s favorite Mexican food at Dos Rios Tex-Mex Grill with both inside and patio dining. Blockbuster Video and Game Stop customers enjoy these popular stores and The Fabric Affair offers customers the latest in fabrics and sewing accessories. For jewelry shopping, stop by The Silver Pyramid, located next to Andreas. Dal-Rich medical tenants cover chiropractic services, eye care, dentistry and community medical care. A variety of salon and hair care services are located in the center and the professional building. Dal-Rich Dry Cleaners, the Nail Times salon, Zoom Cuts, the UPS store, Edward Jones and Allstate Insurance office round out the service businesses at Dal-Rich. Residents of both Richardson and the North Dallas area enjoy the convenience of shopping at Dal-Rich Village. For more than 40 years, Dallas’ renowned shopping center owner and developer Herb Weitzman of The Weitzman Group, has been committed to maintaining a quality shopping center at this location.
