Richardson Chamber of Commerce will join with new member RetirePC to sponsor an electronic recycling day. On June 26th and 27th from 9:00am to 4:00pm members can safely, securely and environmentally friendly dispose of outdated business and personal electronic equipment. Virtually every type of electronic device can be recycled: Working & non-working computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, printers, copiers, fax machines, MP3 players, cell phones, stereos, VCR, CD and DVD players, etc. RetirePC will triple erase your disk drive according to Department of Defense standards. All costs associated with the recycling will be waived for members of the RCC on those days. Please note that TVs are not covered by this program. RetireRC will recycle TVs but there is a charge to do so. If you have questions regarding specific or large items, call RetirePC directly. RetirePC and AMS Directions: Head east on Arapaho from highway 75. Turn left on to N. Glenville (which is a red light) to head north.
