The Richardson Chamber of Commerce and Richardson Civic Center will host the Richardson Chamber of Commerce Business Trade show. This event will showcase new business’s recruited during the May 2008 Membership Event and promote existing members of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce.
The Richardson Chamber of Commerce would like to offer you the opportunity to sponsor this outstanding event! The following outlines the Sponsorship levels and benefits.
Event Headline Sponsor - $1500.00 - One only
1. Your company logo as the Headline sponsor on all promotional materials including Invitations, fliers, banner ( with logo), emails(8,000), announcements at RCC Functions, and programs
2. Your company name and logo on the Event Banner
3. Opportunity to display your corporate banner during the event
4. Opportunity to address the attendees on behalf of your company
5. Prime location of an 8 foot display table during the event
6. Mailing list of all new members and attendees at the event.
Associate Sponsor - $750.00 -
1. Recognition as an associate sponsor on all email announcements (8,000),
fliers, and programs
2. Opportunity to display your corporate banner during the event
3. 8 foot display table, corner location
4. Mailing list of all new members recruited during the spring drive
Beverage Sponsor - $250.00 – Limit Four (4)
1. Recognition as a beverage sponsor on all email announcements (8,000),
fliers, and programs
2. Signage as the Beverage Sponsor at the Event beverage booth.
3. 8 foot display table during the event
Food Sponsor
1. Recognition in brochure, flier
2. Signage at event
3. 8 ft table to display foods
