February 2008 This issue home | Past issues | Chamber home Chip and Dip Week Bet you $100 you can name your favorite teacher without blinking an eye – that one special face who made a difference for you. That’s because teachers are some of the most influential people in our lives. And this is why we need you – members of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce – to help us acknowledge and recognize the teachers in Richardson who are there every day educating our future workforce. It’s simple. March 23, 2008 is National Chip and Dip day and the Education Committee has declared this week Chip and Dip Week to honor our teachers. All your company or organization has to do is choose a school and take chips, dips and anything else your business associates would like and show these amazing instructors why we appreciate what they do. The Chamber’s Education Committee has the goal of having all 55 schools in RISD and the 4 PISD schools in Richardson adopted by a Chamber member company. Regardless of the size of your business, we have a school for you. So please consider joining your chamber associates who have already committed to adopting a school. Count your company in?
