Richardson Welcomes More New Restaurants

Shuck N Jive

A brand new Shuck N Jive restaurant will open in mid-September at the 190 Central Retail Center, 401 W. President George Bush Turnpike between Custer and Alma.  Owners John and Diane Kranz will continue their sassy New Orleans' inspired menu which earned his North Dallas location “Dallas’ Best Late Night Dining” by Citysearch.com.  Their menu features blackened, fried and grilled fish items, blackened chicken pasta along with burgers, salads, Cajun favorites like jambalaya, etoufee, gumbo, red beans ‘n rice, and all types of appetizers served up in a fun-loving setting that includes patio dining.  Known for their oysters on the half shell and live crawfish, Shuck N Jive has great drink specials, great prices and prime viewing for sports - just a few more reasons to check out Richardson's Shuck N Jive. Call 469.916.4912.

 

Schiano’s Pizza and Pasta

Located in the “panhandle” in Breckinridge Corners II Center at 4011 E. Renner Road, near the new Starbucks, Schiano’s is the first Texas location for this family owned business.  Eddie Schiano’s father began their restaurant business in New York and later went to on to establish several locations in North Carolina, before bringing their family recipes to the Dallas area.  Serving up everything from traditional and vegetarian pasta dishes and specialty pizzas, stromboli, calzones, subs (hot and cold), gyros and wraps, many salads, and special Italian desserts, this family dining restaurant is already drawing crowds at both lunch and dinner. Open 7 days a week, owner and manager Eddie Schiano is happy to be in Texas and we’re glad they chose Richardson for their first Texas location. Wildflour, a Texas Café

Wildflour, a Texas Café & Catering, is an intimate neighborhood café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, at their new home in II Creeks Shopping Center at 2701 Custer Parkway, Suite 807.  Wildflour is the new name thatowners and long time caterers, Gayle Woods and Sylvia Workman, chose for their new location.  Gayle and Sylvia wanted to create a place where they could share their love of cooking and entertaining with their guests.  They offer traditional breakfast fare, soups, salads and sandwiches,complete with patio dining Monday through Saturday, 8:30am to 3:00pm.  For dinner, from 5pm to 9pm, Wildflour focuses on the resources of the area to create seasonal menu features and home-style favorites.
