The Richardson Civic Center is the site for the 5th Annual Prime Time Business Expo. This event features the new members of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce that joined during our recent Membership Drive, as well as long standing members. Richardson Legislative Update: Priorities and Progress
Richardson's legislative priorities focus on economic development, tax and appraisal caps, water, air quality, transportation, and parks and recreation. House Bill 1188 and Senate Bill 486 reauthorizing the biennium $200 million Texas Emerging Technology Fund has been voted on favorably by both House and Senate committees and is awaiting floor action at this time. Richardson Lands Leading High-Tech Companies
The Richardson Economic Development Partnership is pleased to announce the recent relocation to Richardson of several companies that are technological innovators, and that have now found a suitable home in the Telecom Corridor® area. The addition of these companies contributes even further to the critical mass of high-tech thought leaders in our community, and makes it even more likely that future innovators will choose Richardson as their base of operations.
