Leadership Richardson Begins 21st Year

Leadership Richardson began its new year with an orientation retreat at Stony Ranch in Ponder on Sept. 16-17 where class members participated in a challenge by choice ropes course.

This year's class includes 33 members and has a theme of “Recipe for Success.” Through the course of the year class members will develop their leadership skills and study the dynamics of Richardson. Each month through May, committees of class members will plan sessions on social services, cultural arts, city government, business and economic development, health care, public education and public services. The Oct. 7 session on leadership development will be hosted by Richland College.
