650 Attend Luncheon With Sen. Hutchison

More than 650 attended a luncheon at the Plano Centre on June 17 which featured U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. The event was hosted by the Chambers of Commerce in Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Richardson and Wylie.

Sen. Hutchinson spoke about various issues of the day such as the war in Iraq, the Guantanamo Bay prison camp and securing the nation's borders.

Sen. Hutchison recently announced that she will seek a third term in the Senate, rather than challenging fellow Republican Rick Perry for governor.
