June 2005 Volume 2, Issue 6 This issue home | Action home | Chamber home Prime Time Business Expo To Showcase Members' Products, Services Richardson Chamber of Commerce members interested in showing off a new product or increasing their customer base through a networking event will want to participate in the 2005 Prime Time Business Expo. The event is set for 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22 at the Richardson Civic Center, 411 West Arapaho Road, Suite 102. The Prime Time Business Expo is one of the best business-to-business marketing opportunities the Chamber provides for its members all year. It is really an inexpensive way for member companies to market their products and services to other members and the business community. It should be a great event for everyone, said Beth Kolman, Nortel and vice chair of the Chamber's Business Services Division. There are several levels of sponsorships available for companies wanting greater exposure at the Expo. The Headline Sponsorship is available for $1200 and there are four Associate Sponsorships available for $500 each. There is also a Beverage Sponsorship available for $250. The deadline for sponsors wishing to have their name on promotional materials and signage is Friday, June 10. Sponsor packages include exhibit space with a table, announcements throughout the show, sponsor logos on the Web site, and company logo placed on e-mail promotional announcements. Booth space is available to any RCC member for $200. Each exhibitor will receive one table top display, exhibitor badges for two people, and listing in an exhibitor program.
