The plaque from the Richardson Chamber of Commerce recognizes Kathy for her "outstanding service to improving mobility in the Telecom Corridor® area as former chairman of the DART Board of Directors and as champion of the LBJ corridor." Congratulating Kathy on her achievements and thanking her for being a champion for transportation in the Metroplex were (from left to right): Richardson Mayor Gary Slagel; Bob Brown, assistant district engineer, TxDOT; Ernest Randall, Jr., Vantage Companies, co-chair, Richardson Chamber Transportation Committee; Kathy Ingle; husband Robert Ingle; Collin County Judge Ron Harris; Gary Thomas, president/executive director, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART); and Raymond Noah, the longest-serving (since 1984) member on the DART Board, who represents Richardson as well as the towns of Addison, Highland Park and University Park. |
