RISD, PISD Superintendents To Speak At Breakfast Forum

RISD Superintendent Jim Nelson and PISD Superintendent Doug Otto will be the keynote speakers at a breakfast forum hosted by the RCC's Public Affairs & Education committees on Wednesday, Dec. 1.

The two superintendents will discuss the “real issues” driving the financial crisis being faced by local public schools and how today's public school environment will impact the business community in a speech titled "Challenges Facing Today's Public Schools: RISD & PISD Superintendents Report."

The forum will be held at The Richardson Hotel, 701 E. Campbell Road. Registration begins at 7 a.m. The program will run from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
