Youngberg is the president of Concepts 3, a Richardson-based communications and human relations company which provides professional development programs that encourage high personal and professional performance. His clients include Cisco Systems, MCI WorldCom, Neiman Marcus, The Dallas Market Center, The Principal Financial Group and La Madeleine French Bakery. Business Basics 101 is a series of basic business classes presented by qualified Chamber members. Classes are held on the second Tuesday of the month in the spring and fall from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Chamber office, 411 Belle Grove, Richardson. Participants must be members of the Chamber or Metroplex Technology Business Council. The other three classes in the fall series will be as follows: networking skills on Sept. 14, presented by Cynthia Coldren of Re|Think Marketing; sales strategies on Oct. 12, presented by Ben Farmer, a corporate trainer and consultant with Dale Carnegie Training®; and customer retention on Nov. 9, presented by Richland College.
